1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creative Journey (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Creative Journey provides a signed-in dashboard for tracking watchlists, recording paper trades, and surfacing market patterns on tickers you follow. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data or signal.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is handled through GitHub or Google OAuth. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your OAuth provider credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. SMS / Text Message Alerts

Program name: Creative Journey SMS Buy Alerts.

Program description: An optional alert program that sends you a text message when a stock on your Creative Journey watchlist or digest enters a "Buy" state. These are transactional alerts you request — we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Opting in: You enroll by entering your mobile phone number and checking the consent box in your account settings. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Creative Journey at the number provided.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on market activity and the tickers you follow.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off SMS alerts in your account settings. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS alerts. You may receive an additional message confirming your request.

Help: For help, reply HELP to any message, email support@creativejourney.com, or use the contact link from your account page.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the service, such as our SMS provider (Twilio), is permitted solely to deliver the alerts you requested. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or compromise its security, accessing data that isn't yours, scraping or overloading our systems, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Creative Journey and protected by applicable law. Content you create (such as your paper trades and notes) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any market data or signal is accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Journey will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide an in-app notice on your next sign-in. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
